Verpan Fun 10DM suspension lamp

The Fun 10DM suspension lamps are part of the Fun collection which clearly wants to pay homage to a natural marine element, namely the shell. The Scandinavian designer Verner Panton designed this luminous collection in 1964 starting from an innovative idea, namely that of using natural materials to create original design products never seen before. The shell with its shiny pearly nuances is highlighted through the creation of very thin delicate discs held together by small steel rings forming chains. From here, a shimmering light cascade is created resulting in a semi-translucent, shimmering effect. This lamp full of history and creativity will give magic to different internal areas through diffused and bright light: ideal for embellishing living rooms, halls, kitchens, bedrooms, restaurants and hotels, bars and refined clubs, entrances, showrooms and artistic places. Fun 10DM is available with four concentric metal rings in Chrome or Brass finishes. In the 1960s, Verner Panton launched a collection of lamps specially created using natural materials unexpected for the time, such as shells and mother-of-pearl. A timeless elegant innovative proposal.
