The electronic system ensures a defined lamp warm start of 1.5 seconds and an operating frequency of 42 kHz, effectively eliminating the flicker and hum associated with conventional magnetic ballasts.

This ballast stands out for its constant light output independent of mains voltage fluctuations, with an AC operating voltage range of 198–264 V and a DC range of 176–280 V.
