Description

&Tradition reissues Verner Panton's Wire Stool, a hidden gem from the Panton archives destined to evolve. The Wire Stool is able to capture the essence of Panton with its geometric shapes, repeating patterns and steel wire. Initially introduced in 1987, &Tradition's relaunch includes four different colored cushions suited to this gorgeous lightweight and stackable stool that doubles as a side table.

With the creation of the Wire Stool, Panton was eager to explore new industrial materials that had not yet been incorporated into Danish design. This is the case of steel wire. The charm of the stool is its airy and almost transparent appearance and furthermore, seen from above, the seat is made in concentric circles with an amazing graphic effect.

Wire Stool VP11 is made of mirror-polished steel. The stainless steel wire is bent and spot welded together. The central plate is made of magnetic steel and allows the cushion or marble top to be attached.

Cushions and marble top NOT included, but available for purchase separately.
