&Tradition Thorvald outdoor chair

&Tradition Thorvald SC94 and SC95 are the outdoor chairs from the Thorvald collection, designed by the studio Space Copenhagen for the Danish brand &Tradition. Inspired by the classical lines of neoclassical sculptor Bertel Thorvaldsen and the architectural motifs of his museum, the collection offers a contemporary reinterpretation of a timeless aesthetic. The steel structure is bent, welded, polished, galvanized and powder coated, ensuring strength and durability for outdoor use without the need for biocide treatments. The interplay between the solidity of the metal frame and the lightness of the grid structure creates a captivating play of light and shadow that highlights the sculptural silhouettes of the chairs.

The Thorvald chairs are available in two versions: the SC94, without armrests (height 83.8 cm, width 53.7 cm, depth 59.4 cm, seat height 45.9 cm, weight 7 kg), and the SC95, with armrests (height 83.8 cm, width 62 cm, depth 59.4 cm, seat height 45.9 cm, weight 8.5 kg). Both versions are available in three different finishes and are stackable, making them easy to manage and store. Their agile structure adapts naturally to both natural settings and urban spaces such as terraces and gardens, making them a sophisticated choice for outdoor living.
