&Tradition Journey SHY2 wall lamp

The &Tradition Journey SHY2 is a wall lamp designed by Signe Hytte for the Danish brand &Tradition. The design is built around the harmony of two classic geometric forms: the sphere and the rectangle. The mouth-blown glass diffuser takes the shape of a round opal disc with a white-coloured rim, evoking the silhouette of the moon, while the rectangular structure that frames it acts as both a functional support and a refined decorative element. The result is a modern and sophisticated design object that casts a pleasant, soft and enveloping glow.

Thanks to its versatile and elegant character, the Journey SHY2 adapts effortlessly to a variety of settings: it works beautifully as a bedside reading light in the bedroom, and equally enhances a living room, entryway or hallway, where its soft light creates a warm and refined atmosphere. The lamp is available in silk grey and black finishes, with the 2025 novelty being the new Steel Blue finish. It features a G9 lampholder for a LED light source (bulb not included), with a compatible input voltage range of 100–240 V suitable for all major international standards. Measuring 26 cm in height, 24 cm in width and 18 cm in depth, it integrates discreetly into any wall composition. The IP20 protection rating and insulation class II confirm its suitability for indoor use.
