&Tradition Gio LN15 suspension lamp

&Tradition Gio LN15 is the large-format suspension lamp designed by Luca Nichetto for &Tradition, inspired by the intricate craftsmanship of Murano glassmaking and reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. The name Gio pays homage to legendary Italian designer Gio Ponti, celebrating his remarkable ability to fuse tradition and modernity into one cohesive expression. The conical shades are crafted from spun aluminum discs and powder-coated in three layered colors: Signal green, deep blue and ecru white, or Vermilion red, dark burgundy and ecru white, creating a striking chromatic effect whether the lamp is on or off.

With its impressive 92 cm diameter and a height of 61 cm, the Gio LN15 is designed for spacious residential environments and makes a bold decorative statement, ideal for enhancing a living room or a generously sized dining area. The lamp serves a dual lighting purpose: it emits a gentle upward light from two levels into the surrounding space while simultaneously directing a downward light through an opening at the tip of the larger cone onto the surface below. The integrated 70 W LED source delivers a color temperature of 2600 K with a color rendering index greater than 90, ensuring warm, color-accurate illumination. Rated IP20 for indoor use only, the lamp is compatible with EU, USA, UK, AUD and JAP voltages (220–240 V) and comes complete with a canopy and a 600 cm adjustable PVC suspension cable.
