&Tradition Drop Leaf dining table

Seeking to create a versatile piece that fits into its surroundings, design duo Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen came up with the Drop Leaf table in 1956, which gets its name from its folding leaf-shaped shelf. Thanks to the hinged sections of the base it is possible to fold up the table top and store it in a small space if required. Drop Leaf has a sturdy yet graceful construction, and the fitted brass hinges lend it a timeless appeal.

Drop Leaf was built with a hinged section on each side, folding down from the fixed center. Available in oiled oak or oiled walnut. Felt gliders included, installed in series.
