&Tradition In Between SK1 is a solid wood chair designed by Sami Kallio for the Danish brand &Tradition. The very first wooden chair in the brand's entire furniture collection, In Between is the result of two distinct production techniques: compression moulding, which makes the structure light and slender while maintaining strength, and wood turning, a lathe-based process that achieves refined details and high constructive quality. The back and side panels are carefully designed to provide a well-defined shape and effective lumbar support.

In Between SK1 is the standard version of the collection, crafted to pair beautifully with a dining table and equally at home in a refined residential setting such as the living room or kitchen. With dimensions of 770 mm in height, 580 mm in width and 540 mm in depth, it fits harmoniously into spaces of various sizes. It is available in a range of wood finishes — oiled oak, smoked oiled, black lacquered and oiled walnut — to complement a wide variety of interior styles. Protective felt pads are included and fitted as standard. A version with an upholstered seat is available on request, for those seeking added comfort without compromising the clean, authentic aesthetic of this design.
