Marcantonio was born in 1976 in Massalombarda, Italy. He attended the Art Institute and the Academy of Fine Arts. As soon as he graduated he began working in the theater scene and collaborates with architects on projects. He soon begins to create unique design pieces in parallel with an artistic production, but step by step the two careers begin to contaminate each other. Thus his design is enriched with artistic concepts. For over 10 years he has worked for private or local public projects. The connections between man and nature are his favorite theme; interpret both the dynamics and the beauties of nature; showing the attitude of Man influencing the original. He likes to think of his work as a direct continuation of what he did as a child, play with whatever he finds and create what his mind has imagined. In reality, looking for the aesthetic component and the concept, he takes cues from the same sources that he created by playing, daydreaming with everything that normally surrounds him. He has learned from art how an idea can be elegant, which is why he is always looking for pure and synthetic concepts.
