Slide chair Coliseum

Slide chair Coliseum was unveiled at Salone del Mobile 2024, designed by Alvaro Uribe for Slide Design. Inspired by the iconic architecture of Rome's Colosseum, this polyethylene chair reinterprets the grandeur of the ancient amphitheatre through a compact body defined by multiple arches that impart a timeless sense of lightness. The carefully crafted grooves play artfully with light and shadow, turning each piece into a sculptural element that enhances any setting.

Thanks to its versatility, Coliseum suits a wide range of environments: it is equally at home in outdoor spaces and in the living room, where it becomes a bold decorative statement. Made entirely of polyethylene, it is weather-resistant and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Its stackable design makes storage and handling straightforward. Measuring 860 mm in height, 660 mm in width and 650 mm in depth, the seat height is 45 cm, ensuring comfort and well-balanced proportions. Weighing 11 kg, the chair combines solidity with ease of use.
