Slamp Veli Suspension Lamp

Slamp Veli Suspension is SLAMP's best-selling suspension lamp and winner of the prestigious Red Dot Design Award, a true icon of Italian design lighting. Inspired by the world of haute couture — where pleats, draperies and carvings give shape to soft three-dimensional volumes — the Veli collection is the result of meticulous handcraft: every single Opalflex® veil, a technopolymer decorated with a tone-on-tone texture, is assembled by hand piece by piece in the SLAMP atelier in Italy, with no visible joints on the central cap. The shade opens effortlessly thanks to an intelligent magnetic closure system, allowing quick and easy bulb replacement. The power cord is height-adjustable from a minimum of 200 mm to a maximum of 1400 mm, adapting to different ceiling heights. The ceiling rose is available in a Chrome finish for both versions.

The Veli Suspension is available in two size variants suited to spaces of different proportions. The Medium version accommodates 2 LED light sources with E26/E27 socket at 12 W each, with a diffuser measuring 36 cm in height and 42 cm in width. The Large version features 4 LED light sources with the same socket, for a diffuser of 50 cm in height and 60 cm in width. Both versions deliver 360° diffused light, are compatible with dimmable bulbs (not included), and support input voltages from 100 to 240 V, suitable for EU, USA, UK, Australian and Japanese electrical systems. With IP20 protection and insulation class II, the Veli Suspension is designed for indoor use. Available in six colour finishes — Opal, Charcoal, Gold, Silver, Copper and Prisma — it integrates with effortless elegance into a contemporary living room or a design-led bedroom, where its soft, enveloping glow creates a refined and scenographic atmosphere.
