Recessed box for recessed downlight for masonry concrete plasterboard wood

Recessed box TEKPF is a technical accessory in PVC designed for the universal preparation of recessed downlight installations in structures built with masonry, reinforced concrete, plasterboard and wood. Compatible with the main international voltage standards (EU, AUS, USA, UK, JAP), it adapts to different construction contexts and to various types of recessed spotlight, regardless of the final diameter selected.

The installation process is straightforward and suitable even for non-specialist operators: the box is fixed to the reinforcement formwork at the exact point where the downlight will be installed. After the concrete pour and subsequent formwork removal, the box leaves a pre-formed hole in the ceiling. Compensation grids can then be applied, cut to the required size based on the chosen spotlight model. The finish is completed with a skim coat of tile adhesive or standard plasterboard filler, which must be applied before any lime or cement plaster, in order to ensure proper adhesion of the substrate.

Models TEKPF05 and TEKPF06 are available in a version with an integrated transformer housing. This housing is designed to be extended by assembling multiple units in sequence — one fitting inside the other — creating a modular, equidistant horizontal lighting system. By using the required number of TEKPFT articles — one every 33 cm — the lighting layout can be planned with precision during the construction phase, greatly simplifying the setup process. A distinctive feature of TEKPF05 and TEKPF06, setting them apart from any comparable product currently on the market, is the ability to be installed even after the false ceiling has already been completed, ensuring full flexibility at every stage of the project.
