Poltronova Califfo sofa

The Califfo sofa by Poltronova, reissued by the brand in 2025, is a piece of furniture with a strong design character, conceived to offer comfort and versatility whilst preserving the identity of the original design. The supporting frame is crafted from solid ash slats finished with aniline varnish, paired with soft cushions for the seat, backrest and armrests. Measuring 2000 mm in length, 630 mm in total height and 830 mm in width, the sofa is defined by well-balanced proportions and a distinctive silhouette.

Designed to enhance interiors with a strong aesthetic identity, the Califfo integrates seamlessly into a living room of refined character, where its clean lines and carefully selected materials become a recognisable design statement. In this configuration, the sofa is available with Giunone fabric upholstery, offered in regenerated fabric or velvet/textured fabric variants listed in the catalogue, forming part of the selection of historic or eco-friendly finishes reissued by Poltronova. On request, Califfo can also be ordered with upholstery in chenille or in Hot Madison, a linen-cotton blend fabric. The various finishes and colours available can be viewed in the colour palette in the image gallery.
