Petite Friture Neotenic Small table lamp

Petite Friture collaborates with the American design studio Jumbo for the creation of this lamp, with round, generous and organic shapes that refer to the aesthetics of childhood. Available in two sizes (see Product Family), it is a technical lamp with a pleasant, homogeneous and powerful quality of light. The spherical diffuser is made of mouth-blown glass with an opaline appearance and soft to the touch, and enhances the sinuosity of the ceramic. The body is made by ceramic artisans in Portugal, and requires a complex mold capable of providing the rounded shape of the lamp. Neotenic is a real enterprise that combines craftsmanship and technique, and is the result of meticulous work: the finishing of the ceramic is done manually before firing, drying against gravity and varnishing applied in a single gesture.
