Petite Friture Neotenic Small table lamp

Petite Friture Neotenic Small is a table lamp born from the collaboration between French brand Petite Friture and American design studio Jumbo. Its round, generous and organic shapes draw inspiration from the aesthetics of childhood, resulting in an object that is sculptural and poetic in equal measure. The spherical diffuser is crafted from mouth-blown glass with an opaline appearance and a soft touch, beautifully enhancing the sinuous curves of the ceramic body. The body itself is shaped by skilled ceramic artisans in Portugal using a complex mold required to achieve the lamp's distinctive rounded form: the finishing is carried out by hand before firing, the drying process works against gravity, and the varnish is applied in a single gesture — a testament to a meticulous and entirely handcrafted production process.

Neotenic Small fits effortlessly into contemporary interiors where design and craftsmanship come together. It is a refined choice for the living room or the bedroom, where its pleasant and homogeneous light creates intimate and welcoming atmospheres. The lamp features a G9 lampholder compatible with LED sources up to 40W, is dimmable thanks to the integrated driver, and reaches a total height of 26 cm with an upper diameter of 13 cm. The 175 cm black power cord includes an integrated switch, while the adaptable plug with four interchangeable ends (F, G, A and I) makes the lamp compatible with the main international electrical standards, including EU, USA, UK, Australia and Japan, with an input voltage range of 100–240 V. Insulation class II and a protection rating of IP20 confirm its suitability for indoor use.
