Petite Friture Fromme bar stool

Petite Friture Fromme is a bar stool designed by Tom Chung for Petite Friture, crafted entirely in aluminium, a recyclable and highly durable material. In conceiving the iconic Fromme collection, Tom Chung drew inspiration from the technical properties and sleek, streamlined silhouette of a racing bike, with the aim of creating an ultra-comfortable seat. The defining feature of this vision is the use of shock absorbers placed beneath the seat plate, an element that delivers superior comfort and a genuinely distinctive design identity. The collection is available in two versions: a model with a seat height of 75 cm (dimensions 51 × 51 cm, total height 92 cm) and one with a seat height of 65 cm (dimensions 49 × 49 cm, total height 81 cm), to suit different counter and table heights. The aluminium construction ensures lightness and longevity, with EN 581-1 and EN 581-2 contract use certifications, confirming its suitability for professional and high-traffic environments.

Thanks to its versatility and its suitability for both indoor and outdoor use, the Fromme stool integrates effortlessly into a wide range of residential and commercial settings. It is an ideal choice for the kitchen, where it enhances countertops and islands with its clean, contemporary profile, while also performing beautifully on terraces, in bars and in contract spaces owing to the resilience of the material.
