Penta Glo Medium Iconic Sphere Suspension Lamp in Glass

Glo Medium is an indoor suspension lamp from the iconic collection designed by Carlo Colombo for Penta. Its form is a 25 cm diameter sphere in handcrafted blown borosilicate glass, with a mirrored outer surface and a sandblasted inner diffuser — a combination that produces a soft, enveloping light reminiscent of a glowing candle. The supporting structure is in polished chromed metal, lending the lamp a precious, refined aesthetic.

Glo Medium brings effortless elegance to a wide range of residential and contract environments. Its diffused light emission and interplay of reflections make it ideal for the living room or bedroom, as well as restaurants, bistros, hotels and contemporary design spaces. The lamp is available in seven colour variants — Gold, Rose Gold, Transparent, 4ever (golden black reflections), Green, Black and Silver — allowing sophisticated customisation in any interior project. The lampholder is E14, compatible with LED sources up to 5W, with a 220-240 V input voltage and an IP20 protection rating. A 2 m suspension cable is included; a 4 m version is available on request. The lamp must be paired with a ceiling rose (surface-mounted or recessed), sold separately: the surface-mounted rose is available in three colours, either with an integrated On/Off switch or in a DALI dimmable version. Circular or linear plates for multi-point compositions are also available on request. Glo is also offered in Mini, Large and Maxi versions to suit any design scale. The E14 LED bulb and ceiling rose are not included.
