Osram PrevaLED COB 111 G2 is a professional second-generation LED COB module, designed and manufactured by Osram for high-performance technical lighting applications. With a diameter of 111 mm and a length of just 52 mm, the module integrates optics and an aluminium heat sink into a single compact unit, compatible with most standard R111 luminaires. Drawing 36 W and delivering a luminous flux of 4300 lumens, it provides an efficient LED alternative to traditional high-intensity discharge lamps up to 100 W. The beam angle is 40°, with the option to replace the lens with 40° or 60° variants, available for separate purchase. The light source is available in 3000K (warm white) or 4000K (neutral white), with a colour rendering index CRI greater than 80.

Thanks to its robust aluminium construction and IP20 rating, this module is ideally suited to professional indoor environments such as retail stores, shopping centres, exhibition spaces and museums, where light quality and long-term reliability are essential. Powered by constant current at 1050 mA, it ensures stable and consistent light output throughout its declared lifespan of 50,000 hours (L70/B50 at temperature Tc = 70 °C). The manufacturer's warranty covers 5 years. Voltage compatibility spans EU, AUD, USA, UK and JAP standards, making it suitable for international projects. Please note: a constant-current driver is required and must be purchased separately.
