Oluce The Globe Table Lamp With Diffused Light Vintage

Oluce The Globe is a diffused-light table lamp designed by Joe Colombo in 1964 and produced by Oluce, one of the most celebrated names in Italian design. Its distinctive form features a transparent blown-glass sphere mounted on a metal base, with the cylindrical reflector and light source visible inside the globe, becoming an integral part of the aesthetic composition. The result is a timeless balance between form and functionality that has made The Globe one of the most iconic luminous objects of the twentieth century.

Thanks to its formal simplicity and its combination of direct and diffused light, The Globe integrates effortlessly into both the living room and the bedroom, lending each space a sculptural presence and a distinctive design character. The structure is available in two finishes: satin nickel and satin gold/anodic bronze. The lamp is compatible with LED or halogen light sources with an E26-E27 lampholder, up to a maximum of 60 W (bulb not included). It features an integrated black cable and a black on/off switch. The base measures 30 × 30 cm, with a total height of 32 cm. The lamp is not dimmable and is compatible with the main international voltage standards: EU, AUS, USA, UK and JAP.
