Nemo AS43C suspension lamp

Nemo AS43C is a suspension lamp from the AM/AS collection by Nemo Lighting, designed in 1969 by Franco Albini, F. Helg, A. Piva and M. Albini as a true expression of Italian rationalist design. The fixture features three hand-blown glass diffusers that deliver a diffused light of outstanding aesthetic quality. Available in polished chrome with white glass and black with white glass, the lamp combines carefully considered proportions and refined materials into a timeless object of rare elegance.

With an overall diameter of 1200 mm and a total height of 940 mm, the AS43C makes a striking centrepiece in generously sized spaces: it is perfectly suited to the living room or any open-plan interior with a contemporary or classic architectural character. Each diffuser measures Ø 400 mm in diameter and 230 mm in height, while the canopy is Ø 110 mm with a height of 30 mm, completing a balanced and refined composition. The suspension cable is 2.5 m long, offering installation flexibility in rooms of varying ceiling heights. The lamp features three E26/E27 lampholders compatible with sources up to 70W and is dimmable depending on the bulb used, allowing full control of light intensity. The 100-240 V input voltage ensures compatibility with all major international electrical standards — EU, USA, UK, Australia and Japan — making it suitable for global use without adaptation. The IP20 protection rating confirms its designation for indoor environments only.
