Memphis Magnolia bookcase

Memphis Magnolia is a sculptural bookcase designed by Andrea Branzi in 1985 for Memphis Milano. Its iconic pyramidal silhouette reimagines the bookcase as an open system in which structure, materials and wit coexist in a surprising balance. A chrome-plated tubular metal frame supports tempered glass shelves that appear to float in mid-air, conveying a sense of engineered lightness and constructive precision.
