Memphis dish Tomato

Tomato by Memphis is a ceramic serving plate that combines geometric shapes and graphic motifs in a refined and contemporary composition. Designed by Michele De Lucchi, the plate features a design that plays with the juxtaposition of formal simplicity and decorative complexity. In the centre, a rectangle with a black and white sponged texture creates an eye-catching focal point, while the circular shape of the plate is interrupted by circles that are arranged horizontally along the edge. The balance between geometric and decorative elements creates an object that, while functional, is a work of art that enhances the space in which it is placed.
