Acapulco by Memphis Milano is a table clock designed by George J. Sowden in 1981, representing the bold graphic and unconventional language of the Memphis movement. Its structure consists of two stacked cubic volumes of different sizes, covered with decorative laminate featuring geometric patterns and strongly contrasting colours. The result is a distinctive totem-like object in which the practical function of a clock is combined with an immediately recognizable decorative presence.

The red clock face is emphasized by a matching red frame, while the lower volume features a graphic pattern incorporating lightning-bolt motifs. The hour markers and hands are arranged radially without numerals, while a blue circular element highlights the central point where the three hands overlap. Acapulco measures 16 × 16 × 30 cm high and is produced as a limited edition of 30 pieces. Designed for indoor use, it can become a striking decorative feature in the living room, displayed on a sideboard, shelving unit or other surface, bringing the radical and experimental Memphis aesthetic into the interior.
