Designed in 1965 by Elio Martinelli, Serpente is one of the most iconic lamps by Martinelli Luce and a timeless symbol of Italian design. Created using innovative production techniques for its time, it has become a true design classic and is now part of the permanent collections of several international museums.

Serpente features a diffused light source, ideal for creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere in interior spaces. Its distinctive swiveling arm, pivoting on a central axis, supports the white opal methacrylate diffuser and gently wraps around the circular metal base, giving the lamp a strong sense of movement and sculptural elegance.
