Martinelli Luce Fra Tac light module

The Martinelli Luce Fra Tac light module, designed by Gianfranco Rollo, is the core element of a modular and highly customisable lighting system. Crafted from curved aluminium — lightweight and recyclable — each module features a distinctive "C"-shaped profile achieved through laser cutting and calendering, a process designed to minimise production steps and enhance the product's overall sustainability. Two circular magnets integrated into the apex allow modules to be connected quickly and intuitively: once the magnets attract, the integrated LED strip activates automatically, delivering warm light at 2700 K with a colour rendering index greater than CRI 90 for a natural and inviting ambience. The module is dimmable, provides 500 lm at 4 W, and offers a rated lifespan of 50,000 hours.

Thanks to its mounting flexibility, the Fra Tac module suits both pendant and wall configurations, making it an ideal choice for the living room, the bedroom, or contemporary contract spaces. Modules can be rotated to direct the light and rearranged in seconds without any tools. Available in gold and grey finishes, with a height of 165 mm, length of 115 mm and depth of 140 mm. Protection rating IP20. Compatible with EU, USA, UK, AUS and JAP voltages. The dimmable ceiling rose, essential for operation, is sold separately.
