Martinelli Luce Cobra Table Lamp Texture Massimo Farinatti is a signed limited-edition version of the iconic Cobra, a direct-light table lamp originally designed by Elio Martinelli in 1968. Created to celebrate the lamp's fiftieth anniversary, this special edition was conceived in collaboration with designer Massimo Farinatti — an architecture graduate of Marco Zanuso's school and recipient of prestigious international awards including the Red Dot Award and the Compasso d'Oro — who interpreted Cobra's identity through an exclusive graphic texture applied to the resin body. "Cobra is an icon of Italian design born 50 years ago, when psychedelic art expressed the sense of an introspective journey", as Farinatti himself recalls. Each piece belongs to a limited edition of 30 signed and numbered specimens. The lamp consists of two resin-molded bodies mounted on a steel base: the lower body rotates on the base and connects to the upper body via a central joint allowing 360° rotation, with an internal white painted aluminium reflector. Compatible with a 12 W LED E26/E27 bulb at 3000 K warm white, CRI greater than 80. IP20 protection rating, dimensions Ø40×40 cm, universal voltage 100–240 V.
