With the new name, the company wants to emphasize their way of combining fine craftsmanship with modern design and Nordic tradition with high quality. The company works with both emerging and established designers, and is known for producing some of the best known designs by Verne Panton and Arne Jacobsen. Across decades of timeless design icons, &Tradition ranges from mid-century classics, reissuing them to contemporary pieces. Many of their products are recovered from original sketches and produced on a large scale for the first time ever. &Tradition believes in design that is made to last from sustainable production, and respects the nature that provides the raw materials.
