Luceplan Hope D66/42 Dismountable Suspension Lamp

Luceplan Hope D66/42 is a dismountable suspension lamp designed by Francisco Gomez Paz and Paolo Rizzatto, now regarded as a true icon of contemporary design in the Luceplan collection. Its structure is crafted from polished steel and transparent polycarbonate, while the three light sources are enhanced by prismatic Fresnel lenses made from specially ground polycarbonate, engineered to multiply and diffuse light with the same crystalline brilliance as a diamond. With a diameter of 110 cm and a height of 66 cm, this lamp asserts itself as a striking and refined centrepiece in any space.

The inspiration behind Hope draws from the interplay of reflections and prisms found in a diamond: the delicate Fresnel lenses capture and refract light from the three E26/E27 sockets — compatible with LED or halogen bulbs up to a maximum of 105 W in total — creating a festive, sparkling atmosphere with remarkable visual impact. With an IP20 protection rating, it is designed for indoor use, making it an ideal centrepiece for the living room or a formal dining area. The suspension cable is adjustable from a minimum of 60 cm to a maximum of 410 cm, accommodating ceilings of varying heights. Hope D66/42 is compatible with universal voltage from 100 to 240 V, suitable for installations across Europe, the USA, Australia, the UK and Japan. All Hope variants are supplied disassembled to protect the delicate lenses during transport, but assembly is straightforward and intuitive thanks to the mounting accessories included in the packaging. Bulbs are not included.
