Louis Poulsen Toldbod A/S Suspension Ceiling Lamp

Louis Poulsen's design team developed the Toldbod family of lamps. This lighting lamp represents the last concept of the great Danish designer before his death (1984-1967). This aluminum dome features a truly minimalistic design. The Toldbod pendant directs most of the light downwards, faithful to Poul Henningsen's philosophy of shaping light to illuminate spaces without being dazzling. The frosted, white-painted interior of the conical lampshade helps to create a homogeneous illumination, perfect for oriented lighting and to create an overall atmosphere of the room. Originally, Louis Poulsen based his Toldbod pendant on the principle that the simpler a design, the more versatile it is. The delicate and precise shape of the Toldbod model works very well on its own, but this model is suitable for both an in-line and cluster arrangement, with a single color or a mixed range. Complete with lamp holder, available in different sizes and colors.
