Louis Poulsen Silverback is a round LED suspension lamp by the renowned Danish brand Louis Poulsen, designed for indoor environments where soft, high-quality diffused lighting is essential. Its clean circular design features a curved opal PMMA diffuser that directs light primarily downward in a pleasant, even manner, while the semi-metallized semitransparent rear PC panel produces a subtle halo effect by reflecting light from the surrounding space. The rounded white top piece completes the curve of the diffuser harmoniously, giving the fixture a compact yet refined silhouette.

With its versatile character and warm 3000K light, the Silverback integrates naturally into both residential and professional settings, from the living room to the office, where light quality is key to visual comfort. The lamp is available in two diameters: the 295 mm version, featuring a white ASA plastic upper structure and a power output of 9.8W for 818 lm, and the 440 mm version, with a white powder-coated aluminium top and an output of 32W for 2306 lm. In both cases, the shade combines opal and metallized aluminium, while the luminaire body is made of white powder-coated die-cast aluminium. A UGR below 21 ensures low glare, an especially valuable quality in workspaces and reading areas. Compatibility with the DALI dimming system allows precise adjustment of light intensity, and the universal voltage range of 100–240V makes it suitable for installations worldwide.
