Description

The 1958 design by designer Poul Henningsen is based on the principle of a three-screen reflective system, which directs most of the light downward. The suspension emits light in a horizontal direction, as well as illuminates by diffusing a soft radiance from within its core. The lower screen features frosted diffuser glass to ensure that the downward-directed light is 100% glare-free.

-Concept: The luminaire emits 100% glare-free lighting. The device emits a downward light and a side light that illuminates it.

-Finish: Classic White (with violet details) or Modern White (with brass details): matt powder coating. Hues of Blue, Hues of Green, Hues of Gray, Hues of Orange, Hues of Red, Hues of Rose: matt liquid painted. Metal versions: polished brass or copper and white, matt powder coated. Note: The copper and brass surface is not treated. It could therefore change over time and develop a patina.

-Materials: Screens and anti-glare disc: pulled aluminum, pulled copper or pulled brass. Fixing system: laminated aluminum.

-Mounting: Type of suspension: 2 x 1 mm2 cable. Rosette: yes. Cable length: 3 m.

-Dimensions and weights: Width x height x length (mm) | 300 x 163 x 300 Max 0.9 kg

-Class: IP20 protection degree. Insulation class II without earthing.

-Light source: 1x20W E14 screw connection

-Information: Color of the anti-glare disc: classic, monochromatic blue and Hues of Orange: blue. Hues of Red and Hues of Rose: green. Hues of Green and Hues of Blue: red. Hues of gray and Modern white: white. Copper version: copper. Brass version: brass.

-Color of the fixing systems: classic: purple. Copper version, brass version: white. Modern White and Hues of colors: bronze color. Cable and ceiling rose: white cable and ceiling rose. Note: the copper and brass surface is not treated. It could therefore change over time and develop a patina. The process may already be in place upon delivery of the product.
