Louis Poulsen PH 3½-2½ Floor Lamp in Opal Glass

The PH 3½-2½ Floor lamp is based on the three-screen principle developed by Poul Henningsen in the 1920s. This type of lighting allows to distribute a soft and diffused light downwards by means of the reflecting screens, made of blown opal glass, glossy in the upper part and opaque in the lower part. The lamp allows a glare-free light distribution with shadow control by means of the diffused reflection through the glass. The structure in pulled brass, available in polished chrome, metallic black or metallic brass finishes, gives a modern and elegant look able to embellish the rooms of the home.

The PH series model numbers refer to the screen size, in particular the PH 3½-2½ has an upper screen of approximately 35 cm and two other smaller lower screens.
