Louis Poulsen NJP Table led lamp

Louis Poulsen NJP Table LED lamp is a project by Japanese design studio Nendo and designer Oki Sato: a contemporary reinterpretation of the classic architect's lamp, crafted in metal with a steel base, aluminium arms and head, and anodized aluminium joints. The result is a fixture with a clean, purposeful appearance, in which every constructive detail has been carefully considered to combine functionality with aesthetic precision. The finish is available in white, black or light grey, achieved through powder coating.

The NJP Table is designed to deliver direct, glare-free horizontal light, while a portion of the light is reflected via the back of the head to illuminate the uppermost part of the arm. The ergonomic design of the head shapes the light beam and gives it optimal directionality, while the interior of the shade is painted white to enhance luminous output. A simple mechanical system ensures great freedom of movement, allowing the light to be positioned exactly where needed in the workspace. These qualities make the NJP Table an ideal choice for the office, but it also integrates seamlessly on a desk in the bedroom or on a work surface in the living room.

The light source is an integrated 10 W LED, with a dimming function and two built-in light intensities selectable directly via the switch located in the lamp head. A convenient timer function is also included, with 4-hour and 8-hour settings. The LED driver is separate and connects directly to the power outlet. The lamp is compatible with voltages from 100–240 V and includes interchangeable plugs for use in Europe, the United Kingdom, the USA and Australia, making it suitable for worldwide use. The protection rating is IP20. Overall dimensions are 480 mm in height with a base diameter of 220 mm, and the power cord measures 2000 mm in length.
