LP Nest was launched in 2010 and was designed by Bystrup Design. The designer was commissioned to design a lamppost focusing on requirements such as glare-free lighting as well as aesthetic aspects. "The lampshade grows from the cool steel trunk like a stylistic crown of a tree. A filigree pattern that mimics the bare trees of winter". It emits a symmetrical and soft indirect light, whose reflections that arise create a fascinating play of light inside. The idea of its design takes inspiration from natural forms. The source in the LP Nest is LED, with a power of 34 Watts. The light temperature can be chosen between 3000 Kelvin (warm light) and 4000K (neutral light). It is also dimmable with the Dali + Clo system (Constant Lumen efficiency). The pole (not included) on which the LP Nest head must be installed, it must have a diameter of D. 15mm. Available in aluminum and graphite finishes. Designer: Bystrup Architects (2010)
