Louis Poulsen Keglen Table Indoor Cone led Lamp

The Keglen lamp was created by BIG Ideas with Louis Poulsen in 2017. The goal was to create a simple but unique lamp, centered on linear geometry that makes it suitable for any type of interior.

Jacob Lange and the BIG Ideas project team wanted to create a series of lamps of different sizes with the same qualities and design details, but each with its own personality. The geometric and metallic screens have a soft, organic glass insert that looks like a drop of water. In the table version, the glass insert meets the lamp stem and flows around it like a liquid. These additions to the Keglen series pave the way for new installations and interesting light effects. It is supplied with a base or with a fixing pin, depending on your choice, ideal for installations in long decorative rows in lounge areas, in study or work environments of larger dimensions. Details such as the on/off and dimming switch on the base or on the pin add further elegance to the luminaire. The Keglen series is equipped with energy saving LED lights.

Concept - The truncated cone screen of the lamp has a built-in curved diffuser. This ensures an elegant, glare-free, downward-facing light. The stem transforms into a diffuser screen which folds inwards. A discreet and uniform aperture at the top of the screen emits a gentle light and adds the perfect atmosphere.
