Lodes Random Five is a suspension lamp designed by Chia-Ying Lee for LODES, inspired by the lightness of soap bubbles dancing in the wind. Its structure features five spherical blown glass diffusers of varying sizes, arranged in an asymmetric composition that conveys movement and elegance. The glass, flawless in the regularity of its surface and resistant to thermal shock, gives each sphere an almost magical quality, capturing and diffusing light with remarkable softness. The lighting system integrates 5 LED light sources of 1W each, with an included driver and dimming function, allowing precise control over light intensity.
Random Five suits a wide range of interior design settings: installed on its own, it creates an elegant and striking single light point, while combined with other elements from the Random collection it generates poetic and scenographic compositions, perfect for the living room or the bedroom. The lamp is available in a range of colour finishes, each adding character and originality to any arrangement. With a total height of 70.5 cm and a footprint of 27.1 x 25.1 cm, it is well-proportioned for both intimate spaces and larger rooms. The power cord extends to a maximum length of 400 cm, offering considerable installation flexibility. The available colour temperatures are 2700K or 3000K, delivering luminous flux of 750 lm and 800 lm respectively, with a CRI90 colour rendering index for warm, colour-accurate light. The degree of protection is IP20, making it suitable for indoor use only. A version with structure and cable in matte black finish is available on request. Please note: this suspension lamp must be installed on a canopy, sold separately (see Accessories).
