Kartell Smatrik Stool Outdoor is an outdoor stool designed by Japanese designer Tokujin Yoshioka for Kartell, where design and technological innovation merge into an extraordinarily original form. Crafted from 2.0 polycarbonate made from renewable raw materials, the stool is produced using an injection mold that recreates a three-dimensional, overlapping, and intertwined network. The layers of transparent or mass-colored polycarbonate form a single-molded structure that mimics the appearance of a metal mesh, generating a refined interplay of solids and voids that adds visual depth to both the piece and its surroundings.
