Created by Japanese designer Tokujin Yoshioka for Kartell, the Smatrik chair is a fusion of design and technological innovation. Its original structure creates a three-dimensional effect, which also adds depth to the surrounding environment in a play of solids and voids that finds its balance as an elegant yet playful piece of designer furniture. In 2019, Smatrik's design won the ADI Design Index Innovation Award.
Smatrik Indoor is made with a polycarbonate 2.0 shell from renewable raw materials, transparent or colored throughout, while the structure is in painted or chrome-plated stainless steel. For indoor use only. Minimum order 2 pieces, not sold individually.
