Kartell Q/Wood Wheels Soft is a designer swivel chair created by Philippe Starck for Kartell, born from the challenge of working wood with the same fluidity as composite materials. The shell is crafted from 3D curved FSC wood using patented technology, available in light or dark wood, giving the piece sinuous, enveloping lines of timeless refinement. The frame is made of black painted or chromed steel, while the seat is constructed from mass-colored thermoplastic technopolymer and upholstered in Aquaclean soft fabric — an eco-friendly material treated with Safe Front technology to prevent the proliferation of bacteria and dust mites, and designed for easy cleaning. The wheels provide practical mobility, with an adjustable height ranging from 81 to 94 cm, a width of 62 cm, a depth of 60 cm, a seat height between 38 and 51 cm, and a weight of 8.3 kg.
