Kartell Q/Wood chair

With the Q/Wood chairs, Kartell and Philippe Starck take on a new challenge: to work wood with the same fluidity as composite materials to give it a unique look, rich in finesse and curves. Using patented 3D technology, the molded wood adopts incredible, sinuous lines with enveloping curves. The special woodwork combines timeless elegance with contemporary forms.

Q/Wood has the shell made of 3D curved FSC wood, the frame is made of black painted or chromed steel while the seat is made of mass-colored thermoplastic technopolymer. The shell is available in Basic Veneer or Slatted Ash, and available in different color variations. It is suitable for indoor use only.
