Kartell Polvara bookcase

Polvara is a modular bookcase designed by Giulio Polvara for Kartell in 1975, representing a perfect union of modular design, functionality and contemporary furniture. Polvara is composed of multiple modules measuring 55x35.5 cm that are easily assembled independently by push-fit interlocking, thus avoiding the use of screws or tools and ensuring quick and easy assembly. Thanks to its modular structure, Polvara can be configured into any composition: tower, modular shelving, partition wall, etc., adapting to any environment, whether contract or domestic. It is possible to integrate colored cubes that act as storage containers and allow you to create an infinite number of compositions according to the needs of space and function. With very few gestures it is possible to modify, expand or reduce the bookcase over time to adapt it to all situations. Polvara is a versatile solution for anyone who wants to furnish with functionality without sacrificing practical style.

Polvara is made entirely of ABS, and is offered here in three different configurations (A, B and C). The colored cubes are not included, but you can purchase them separately as accessories.
