Description

Designer Piero Lissoni in 2016 completed the design of the Piuma chair, one of the most revolutionary products in Kartell's entire collection. Using sophisticated injection molding technology, Kartell was able to bring the chair down to a minimum thickness of 2mm, for an ultralight result of just 2.2 kg. This is the first time a material containing carbon fiber has been injection molded. Thanks to this unprecedented production, in addition to being ultra-light and ultra-thin, Piuma is also incredibly durable, flexible and suitable for use in all environments.

Made of complex thermoplastic polymer filled with carbon fibers plus soft-touch effect treatment. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
