Kartell Papyrus armchair

Kartell Papyrus is a design armchair created by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec for Kartell, conceived as a contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional wicker chair archetype. The structure is made entirely of polycarbonate 2.0 from renewable raw materials, available in transparent or mass-coloured versions, with a translucent finish that allows light to gently interact with the material. Its most distinctive feature is the subtle vertical knurling running along the entire perimeter of the seat, enhancing its shape with meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail. The compact dimensions — width 60 cm, depth 49 cm, total height 79 cm with a seat height of 44 cm — and a weight of 5.95 kg make it easy to handle in any setting.
