Kartell Lepid sideboard

The Kartell LEPID Sideboard, designed by Patricia Urquiola and presented at Salone del Mobile 2025, is a design sideboard that places the contrasting edge at the heart of its identity. Crafted from polyester lacquered MDF with recycled wood fibre panels and wood sourced from FSC-certified forests, the structure is defined by lines that meet and overlap, with precisely calibrated solids and voids building a light rhythm in space. The interlocking rail assembly system ensures structural solidity and ease of installation, while the contrasting profile transforms a structural detail into an immediately recognisable design statement. Available in ivory, burgundy and mustard, measuring W 116 cm × D 63 cm.

The LEPID Sideboard integrates effortlessly into contemporary and refined interiors, where the project's formal language engages with furnishings of strong character. The colour palette — with sharp contrasts between surfaces and profiles — allows for balanced compositions or bold visual statements.
