Kartell Ghost Buster storage unit

Ghost Buster is the Kartell designer storage unit conceived by Philippe Starck in collaboration with Eugeni Quitllet. The design reimagines the classic chest of drawers in a thoroughly contemporary key: angles and curves alternate across the entire surface, creating a compelling interplay of perspectives and reflections that elevates the piece into a genuine decorative statement. The structure comprises three shelves open at the front, supported by four legs, and is crafted entirely in PMMA — a high-quality polymethyl methacrylate available in a transparent version or batch-dyed in a range of colours.

With its well-proportioned dimensions — 80 cm in height, 68 cm in width and 42 cm in depth — Ghost Buster integrates effortlessly into a variety of residential settings. It is an ideal choice for the bedroom, where it serves perfectly as a bedside unit, but adapts just as naturally to the living room as a display storage piece. Weighing 17.2 kg, the transparency of the material lends a sense of visual lightness to the whole, making Ghost Buster equally suited to minimalist interiors and more eclectic environments.
