Kartell Geen-A floor lamp

Kartell Geen-A is a floor lamp designed by Ferruccio Laviani for Kartell, created expressly for reading. Its painted steel structure features a stable base, a vertical stem and a hat-shaped diffuser housing three E14 LED bulbs of 5W each. A handle integrated at the top of the stem makes it easy to move the lamp from room to room, combining practicality with refined aesthetics. The light is emitted at 2700K warm white, ideal for extended reading sessions, with a total luminous flux of 3×550 lm. The built-in dimmer on the cable allows precise adjustment of light intensity to suit any preference.

Standing 132 cm tall with a Ø41 cm diameter, Geen-A fits effortlessly into the living room alongside armchairs, sofas and chaise longues, as well as the bedroom or the office for reading or study. Rated IP20 for indoor use, it belongs to insulation class II and operates at 220–240V with driver and bulbs included, offering an average lifespan of 20,000 hours. In 2022, Geen-A was awarded the prestigious RedDot "Best of the Best" Award, one of the most recognised international honours in design excellence.
