Kartell Ami Ami chair, designed by Tokujin Yoshioka for Kartell, is a design seat that combines formal simplicity with intricate decorative detail. Inspired by the concept of weaving – ami ami in Japanese literally means "to weave" – it reinterprets one of the designer's cultural signatures through an advanced industrial process. Made from moulded plastic using a single mould, it features a textured surface that recreates a woven effect both inside and out, giving the piece a contemporary and distinctive character.

Versatile and functional, the Ami Ami chair adapts effortlessly to both residential and contract settings, making it an ideal choice for the kitchen, the living room and outdoor spaces alike.
