Karman Moonbloom suspension lamp

Moonbloom is the suspension lamp designed by Matteo Ugolini for Karman, launched in 2021 as a poetic tribute to a blooming moon. Its most distinctive feature is the plaster ceiling rose, decorated with flowers, leaves and classic swirls, which contrasts with a simple black electric cable from which one or two aluminium cones hang. Applied art meets illumination, turning the ceiling into a striking decorative element with a refined artistic character.

Moonbloom is available in two emission configurations and two ceiling rose sizes, designed to suit both residential and hospitality settings. The single emission version features one cone that delivers indirect, diffused and enveloping light, ideal for the bedroom or for relaxation areas in the living room. The bi-emission version combines a first cone with indirect light suspended mid-cable and a second smaller cone with direct light, making it perfect above a dining table, in the kitchen or in other indoor areas where functional lighting must coexist with elegant aesthetics. The Small ceiling rose has a diameter of 40 cm, while the Large version reaches 75 cm; both can be painted to personal preference. The Small single emission version features a 16.8 W integrated LED with a main cone of Ø 11x10 cm and a maximum height of 209 cm. The Small bi-emission version adds a second 8.4 W LED with a cone of Ø 8x7 cm, bringing the maximum height to 300 cm. The same configurations are available in the Large version with its 75 cm ceiling rose. The total luminous flux reaches 1821 lm, with a colour temperature selectable between 2700K and 3000K, both warm and welcoming tones. The integrated LED source achieves a CRI greater than 90, ensuring vivid and natural colour rendering. Light intensity is adjustable via a 0-10 V dimmer, the universal input voltage of 100-240 V ensures worldwide compatibility, and the IP20 protection rating makes it suitable exclusively for indoor use.
