Karman Braille led table lamp

Karman Braille is a LED table lamp designed by Matteo Ugolini for Karman in 2017. Its spherical form in satin white glass is enriched by tribal patterns and raised codes inspired by the Braille language, giving the lamp an extraordinarily refined tactile and visual effect. The diffused light emission wraps the surroundings in a soft, even glow, while the pure glass structure conveys elegance and lightness in any setting. The lamp comes with an included canopy and a 2-metre transparent cable, with a protection rating of IP20 for indoor use only and insulation class II for enhanced electrical safety. The input voltage range of 100–240 V makes it compatible with any domestic or contract installation.

Braille is available in two sizes to suit different environments: the Medium version (Ø25×25 cm) features an E14 lamp holder with a maximum power of 52 W, ideal for desks, shelves and bedside tables; the Large version (Ø40×38 cm) uses an E27 lamp holder up to 105 W, making it a striking decorative statement on coffee tables and consoles. The bulb is not included and the lamp does not support dimming. Thanks to its sculptural design and its ability to blend aesthetics with cultural meaning, Braille is a natural fit for the living room, the bedroom or any residential and hospitality space seeking a touch of genuine originality.
