Karman Beautiful Mess led suspension lamp

Beautiful Mess is the LED suspension chandelier designed by Marcantonio for Karman, introduced as a 2024 novelty. A piece that sits on the fine boundary between art and design, transforming a light source into a visual installation of extraordinary originality. The central structure in white metal branches out into a series of arms crafted in white satin-finished blown Murano glass, with rosettes at the joints and bobeches in Bohemian crystals, creating an ensemble that is both refined and deliberately chaotic.

The concept behind Beautiful Mess embraces the idea of a "beautiful chaos": every element composing the chandelier belongs to the semantic universe of lighting, yet comes from different eras and contexts. Among the pendants stand out an oil lantern, a classic lampshade with a fabric shade, a glass bell, a flexible arm lamp, and even an 80s neon bar. Completing the composition are two declared "intruders": a darting glass fish and a pink neon heart, the only coloured element in the entire piece. This chandelier is designed for distinctive interior spaces and is perfectly suited to become the visual centrepiece of a living room with a contemporary spirit or a hospitality setting seeking a truly theatrical presence. The light source is entirely LED, comprising 17 E14 bulbs of max 7W each, 1 E27 bulb of max 18W, and 3 LED neon bars of 14W, all included in the package. The input voltage is universal, ranging from 100 to 240 V, while the IP20 protection rating confirms its suitability for indoor use. The product is not dimmable and features a 2-metre transparent electric cable. The included canopy has a diameter of 120 mm, while the overall dimensions of the chandelier are 1800×80 mm, ensuring an imposing and unmistakable visual impact.
